My senior parents and I have had the fortune of being able to rely on Robert to help each of them with their insurance needs for many years now. Children of aging parents who are starting to get more involved, or who need to completely take over the healthcare situation, listen up!
Full disclosure - I'm very detail-oriented and anal retentive, resulting in a lack of trust with pretty much everyone I deal with, even though I often paint myself in a corner with analysis-paralysis. That is something I do not have to worry about when dealing with Robert. Throughout the years, he has proven himself to be quickly responsive (LOVE THAT) with accurate information that makes shopping for health insurance plans SO. MUCH. EASIER. He knows everything about the companies, the plans, the general reputations and experiences of each, the deadlines for each type of change, and the services that are available for each type of senior. Before we started using someone like him, we had worried that their advice was influenced by some type of hidden commission they may be receiving, but Robert's priorities lie with his clients, and he has not steered us wrong in the many years each of my parents has been working with him.
Medical needs change as people age, and Medicare insurance plans can also change every year. Hi Bob,
Just want to let you know that Aetna finally made the adjustment to the claim that we were questioning. I found this out when I went to the doctors office yesterday and they told me I had a credit on my account and therefore didn't have to make my co-pay, they would just deduct from my credit. Aetna never notified me of the adjustment and I do not see it on my claims summary.
I do want to thank you for your help in this matter as well as Jim's claim which was taken care of. It's nice to know that you have some clout with Aetna. Thank you for all your help.

I met with Mr. Haggan yesterday because my ATT retiree benefits were changing and I thought I needed a different plan. Mr. Haggan explained to me that the ATT plan was a good plan and for me to keep it. I really appreciated his honesty, obviously he did not make any money recommending I keep my current plan. I wish more people were like you. I had a problem getting my prescriptions from Walgreens and today I called him and he came to my home and took me to Walgreens. The problem was Walgreens had a space between two of the letters in my name and because of that my name was not found in the system. Mr. Haggan would not take no for an answer and finally someone at Walgreens found the mistake. I can not thank you enough.
